Founder and Principal
Miranda Cohen
Miranda's journey as an organizational development consultant has been shaped by a passion for international organizational and intercultural competencies. With over 12 years of experience in the NGO sector, she has had the privilege of living and working in diverse places such as the United States, China, Zambia, and North Macedonia.
Her approach to organizational development revolves around collaboration. She works closely with community members, key stakeholders, staff, and board members to weave long-term, equitable, sustainable, and trauma-informed practices into the very fabric of strategic planning. Her heart lies in nurturing leadership development and resource generation, especially for those within organizations who are often disenfranchised and under-engaged.
One of the unique aspects of Miranda's journey is her background in data analysis. She has served as a data analyst for a higher education institution, giving her a keen eye for data analytics monitoring and evaluation. This background has deeply informed her strategic planning approach, allowing her to craft plans and structures that bridge the gap between data and human dynamics.
Miranda holds a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership from Temple University, a Master's in Nonprofit Management from the New School, and a Certificate in Organizational Development from the same institution.
Currently, she calls Philadelphia home, but her experiences and dedication know no borders. She is ready to collaborate and bring about transformative change for your organization.
