Change Wave Consulting's mission is to empower nonprofit organizations by offering guidance in strategic planning, organizational development, and fostering authentic cultural change.

Change Wave partners with several organizational development and communications practices, each with their own strengths and capacities. All partners center the value of abundance, and respond to client goals when building the appropriate team for each project.
The Change Wave Story
Change Wave Consulting was founded in 2023 with a mission to cultivate nonprofit organizational practices that are anti-oppressive, anti-racist, sustainable, and impactful on a global level. Change Wave is dedicated to systems change, organizational transformation, and individual accountability.

The Consultants at Change Wave are aligned in individual pursuit of practices that uplift the disenfranchised. We encourage stakeholder engagement across any strategic planning engagement, and build trauma-informed practices in all diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice approaches. We are creative seekers of systems solutions that build comprehension, trust, and respect.

Organizational development is our passion, and while our tools vary from consultant to consultant, we ensure intentional creation and co-creation of projects across each engagement.
