Mutuality, in simple terms, is "what is good for me, is good for you". At Change Wave, we believe that solutions that lead to healthy and happy staff, volunteers, and stakeholders ultimately benefit the organization at large.

In other terms, meet people where they are. Respect that all viewpoints and individual approaches are valid, and that resistance to change as a tension point can lead to productive learning opportunities.
